NATURE (SCOPE) OF OUR SERVICE
Contour Care Limited is a Home-Care Service providing domiciliary care and is registered with the CQC to provide the following regulated activity;

• Personal Care
  
• This is provided to adults 18-65 and 65+ years of age.
  

Our care service is available to people in Plymouth and areas of the South Hams, giving individuals the choice to remain independent in their own homes, without compromising on the quality of their care and support.

WELLBEING SUPPORT WITH ENABLING AND PERSONAL CARE

It can be quite daunting to have someone assist you with your personal care, but we ensure we provide you with a discreet and professional service to fit around your needs within your own home with Dignity and Respect.

Our Enabling Team can assist you with your daily routines like shopping, assistance to attend appointments and community access etc.

RESPITE SUPPORT

Caring for a family member at home can sometimes be draining, physically and mentally, especially if the care you provide is 24/7. We can provide RESPITE SUPPORT covering a range of support hours during the DAY or WAKING NIGHT or SLEEP IN staff if needed, to enable you to have a break from your caring duties and recharge your batteries.

We can provide experienced Care staff to help support you in your own home with, from 4hrs a day to FULL 24hr Support: DAYS / WAKING NIGHTS or SLEEP IN’s. We also try and provide continuity of supply, therefore providing the same members of staff each time support is required.

We also provide care & support for the following groups of people ensuring Right Support, Right Care, Right Culture;

• Physical Disabilities
• Dementia
• Autism
• Mental Health
• Acquired Brain Injury
• Sensory Impairment
  

We are available 24 Hours a Day / 7 Days a week to assist with any Care & Support requirements you may have.

We pride ourselves on being able to provide a competitive solution to your Care & Support within your own home with friendly and experienced staff who consistently go above and beyond the call of duty. We don’t just understand the industry, we are devoted to equality of care and safeguarding. To ensure this, we constantly offer and provide our staff with supervisions, CPD and mandatory update training.

We support individuals within their own environment / home and help enable them to remain as independent as possible.
