Our company Directors have a wealth of experience working within the care sector for many years, supporting people with a range of Learning Disabilities, Physical Disabilities and Dementia etc. Their main focus is to ensure we continue to provide all our clients and staff with a high quality service, at all levels, through good compliance, staff recruitment – retention and sound quality management. Our MD is registered with the CQC as our Nominated Individual and is responsible for all aspects of compliance.
